~~# Windows Tutorial Preparing for Client installation

First download and install Java (jdk8) for Windows

http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk8-downloads-2133151.html

Now download XEL client executable

https://github.com/unvo1d/Elastic-XEL-Litewallet/releases/download/v3.1.1/elastic-client-3.1.1.exe

Installing and Running XEL Client

Go to the XEL client download directory and run .exe file

elastic-client-3.1.1.exe

To access your wallet open your browser and go to

http://localhost:17876/
